Scope of data processing
Our products use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. „(„Google“). This software collects information about how you use the respective product and the website on which it is integrated and uses it to generate various statistics. The collected usage data includes in particular the concrete selection of links, the length of stay on individual pages and the order of use of the website, the frequency of page visits. This data is collected together with your IP address. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
Google Analytics uses „cookies“, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how you use our products. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our products is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
We have activated IP anonymisation for our products, i.e. Google cuts the IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transferred to the USA.

The legal basis for the processing of data in connection with the use of our products is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO lies in the interest in a customer-oriented design of our products that meets the requirements of users and takes their usage preferences into account.
The legal basis for forwarding the data to Google is Art. 28 paragraph 3, Art. 45 paragraph 3 DSGVO. The service provider is certified under the Privacy Shield Framework and is therefore subject to the EU Commission’s Appropriateness Decision (Implementation Decision 2016/1250), i.e. the data protection level of the service provider is recognised as equivalent to the DSGVO, although it is based in the USA.
Purpose of data processing
The processing serves the purpose of analyzing our products and the usage behavior of the interacting users.
Duration of storage
The data will be made anonymous immediately after collection. Personal data are therefore only collected in the context of the transmission and are not permanently stored.
Possibility of objection and elimination
